Contardi Circus is a suspension lamp with an essential, timeless character, designed by Contardi studio around the philosophy of the "white shirt" — an enduring classic that adapts effortlessly to any interior context. The structure is crafted in metal, while the fabric shade can be customised in a range of colour finishes, offering extensive creative freedom. The lamp is compatible with E26/E27 lampholders and supports voltages from 100–240 V, with compatibility across all major international standards (EU, USA, UK, AUS, JAP), making it suitable for residential and contract projects worldwide. The IP20 protection rating and insulation class II confirm full compliance with indoor safety standards.

Circus is available in two distinct configurations: the version with E27 bulbs mounted vertically on the support beams, ensuring uniform diffused light emission without unwanted shadows, and the version featuring a compact, customised LED plate, specifically designed for commercial environments such as offices and retail spaces. The latter allows for a significantly reduced shade height and is compatible with the main digital remote control lighting systems. In both versions, the closures and diffuser discs are assembled using harmonic wire — a refined technique that allows the edges of the diffuser disc to be gently bent, inserted, and secured onto the inner crown of the lower frame, achieving the so-called drum closure, entirely free of visible hooks or supports. This detail stands as one of the most sophisticated construction features of the entire collection. Thanks to its adaptable nature, Circus integrates seamlessly into a living room setting as well as contract and professional environments.
