Cini&Nils Manta ceiling lamp

Manta by Cini&Nils is a ceiling lamp designed in 2025 by Giancarlo Alci, combining formal elegance and visual lightness in a presence that is both discreet and dramatic. The aluminium reflector, precisely curved into a perfectly circular shape, gives the lamp a structure that is at once solid and light, while ensuring effective heat dissipation for consistently efficient illumination. Available in two sizes — Manta 500 and Manta 800 — and in six finishes (white, black, light dove, light blue, green, red), it adapts gracefully to both residential and contract environments.

Manta delivers its full value in lighting projects where the quality of light is as important as form. The single-emission version provides direct and comfortable light through a hemispherical optic, while the bi-emission version adds a rear prismatic diffuser that spreads a soft and enveloping luminosity, ideal for creating intimate and harmonious atmospheres. In both configurations, the integrated LED source operates at 220–240 V, with a colour rendering index of CRI90 and a colour temperature available at 3000K or 4000K. Dimming is managed via DALI protocol, enabling precise and flexible control of light intensity. The wings are adjustable even after installation, offering compositional freedom and personalisation. Manta suits single installations or multiple configurations, creating dynamic light landscapes in the living room, in the office, or in any indoor space where lighting design makes the difference.

The Manta 500, in both emission versions, features a 500 mm diameter diffuser and a height of 100 mm. In the single-emission configuration it delivers 1100 lm from a 10 W LED source, while the bi-emission version reaches 1500 lm at 18 W. The Manta 800 stands out with its 800 mm diameter diffuser and a height of 136 mm, maintaining the same wattages and luminous flux as the 500 version: 10 W and 1100 lm in single-emission, 18 W and 1500 lm in bi-emission. The ceiling rose has a diameter of 145 mm across all variants. The lamp is rated for indoor use with a protection degree of IP20 and insulation class I; the power supply is included.
