Cattaneo Katana 100 S2 is a double bi-emission LED suspension lamp by Cattaneo, designed for those seeking a lighting piece that combines formal precision with outstanding light quality. The two slim, irregularly shaped luminous bodies — just 15 mm deep and 1000 mm wide in total — are crafted in painted metal, available in white, black and sand finishes, with custom colour options available on request. The minimalist, architectural design translates into sharp cuts of light through space, making the lamp a genuine design statement in any interior.

Thanks to its bi-emission — projecting light both downward and upward — the Katana 100 S2 simultaneously delivers direct and diffused illumination, wrapping the space in an atmosphere that is both functional and visually striking. It is the ideal choice for enhancing a living room, elegantly lighting a dining table or defining large architectural spaces in residential and contract settings alike. The integrated LED sources are arranged in two groups: 6 LEDs on the lower emitter and 2 LEDs on the upper one, delivering a total absorbed power of 7 W and a luminous flux of 8000 lumens at a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white). Versions at 2700 K and 4000 K are available on request. The lamp is dimmable, allowing light intensity to be adjusted as needed, and operates on an input voltage of 100–240 V. The suspension cable is height-adjustable from a minimum of 400 mm to a maximum of 2000 mm, making it suitable for a range of ceiling heights. The IP20 protection rating limits its use to indoor environments, with an insulation class I classification. Bulbs are included. Cattaneo guarantees the replacement of LED components on request.
