Materials and finishings
Body: die cast aluminium alloy painted in dark grey color sablè 100 noir after a chromium plating treatment. The closure screen is in polycarbonate. External screws in stainless steel AISI304, internal screws made of chrome plated and galvanised steel. Between the screws and the parts of the floodlight having different electrochemical potential there is a layer of grease, in order to avoid any problem of blockage. 
Electrical features and components

Electrical compartment, inside the fitting. For the connection driver/led plate unipolar flexible cables 1x0, 61mm2 AWG 22, with double silicone rubber isolation. 
For the connection tot he power supply: 1 M20 cable gland in isolating material for cables D. 8-12mm. 
Gaskets: made of EPDM, printed by injection, suitable to compensate the dilatations due to normal use. 
Optical features 
White emitters 3000°K, positioned by means of pick and place system, MCPCB, on an electrical circuit, which disperses heat in order to grant an optimal working of the system. Optics: large beam.
Istallation and maintenance operations
Each extraordinary maintenance operation can be carried out by removing the back cover, which is fastened to the body by means of 2 screws which aren t accessible once the fitting is installed, in order to prevent any vandalism.
