Astep Model 237/2 wall lamp

Model 237/2 is the wall light with two light sources that is part of the Le Sfere collection created by the designer Gino Sarfatti in 1959 and re-proposed in 2018 in new versions. For this collection, the designer was inspired by the sky and luminous bodies, a constant presence in his projects and in his life, in fact the moon is his real inspiration for this collection. The blown opal glass lunar sphere diffusers are supported by a graphic steel ring. Sphere and ring embrace each other, to give life to a very elegant distinctive aesthetic. The lamp has an ideal light for interior environments of all kinds and designs, from simple to exclusive, from classic to modern: on bedside tables, in entrances and corridors, in living or sleeping areas. The very warm color temperature of 2700K fully reflects the ambient moonlight that Sarfatti was aiming for. Furthermore, each sphere can be directed downwards or upwards to provide direct or indirect lighting, as the ring has a small cutout from which to move the diffuser. An applique to describe the genius and beauty of Italian design.
