Artemide Takku battery lamp

On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2021, Artemide launched the latest addition to its innovative lighting solutions: Takku, a portable battery-powered lamp. It is a completely versatile lamp that adapts to environments that change over time, such as the office or home-office, a personal and living space, or even dynamic indoor and outdoor hospitality environments. Takku consists of an extruded aluminum stem containing a single LED and a rechargeable power source. The light is reflected from the lower surface of the shaped aluminum head, containing a diffuser that distributes the light evenly around the stem, creating an ethereal and floating aesthetic. Designed for precision, the weighted base gives the lamp stability and tactile quality.

The light can be dimmed or increased via a discreet button on the stem, and can last up to 32 hours on a single charge. The output can be adjusted to 3 different brightness settings to support multiple activities and create different environments. Takku is available in a range of anodized and varnished colors.
