Stellar Nebula is a collection of lamps designed by the group of architects, designers and thinkers BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group). It is a family of lamps designed to interpret and enhance the artisan glass blowing, with innovative finishing techniques. Values, roles and limits of industrial and artisan production are the fulcrum of this design idea, which aims to find a solution of industrial uniqueness.
In the floor version, the crystal glass diffuser is treated with a sustainable PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) vacuum metallization process with dichroic reflections. Base and stem in steel, lamp body in aluminium, reflector in technopolymer, diffuser in blown crystal glass with dichroic treatment.
