Artemide Silent Field 2.0 suspension lamp

Artemide Silent Field 2.0 is a circular suspension lamp by Artemide Architectural, designed by Carlotta de Bevilacqua and Laura Pessoni. With a diameter of 1000 mm and an adjustable height of up to 2000 mm, this suspension stands out for its soft, lunar aesthetic crafted in fabric, and for a function that goes far beyond illumination: Silent Field 2.0 incorporates acoustic absorption properties on both its upper and lower surfaces, thanks to the varying density of the panel materials, which effectively reduces reverberation at human speech frequencies.

Silent Field 2.0 is the ideal choice for contract environments and spaces designed for concentration and conversation — study rooms, meeting areas and offices benefit equally from its acoustic and lighting performance. The lamp features an integrated 75 W LED source with a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) and a luminous flux of 5276 lm, delivering direct and indirect light emission through LEDs positioned on the lower panel. The included driver ensures stable operation across an input voltage range of 100–240 V, while dimming control is managed directly from a smartphone via the Artemide App. An IP20 protection rating and insulation class I confirm the fixture's construction quality. Silent Field 2.0 is available in white, black and orange finishes to suit a variety of design requirements. The canopy is included.
