Artemide Patroclo table lamp

The architect and designer Gae Aulenti was responsible for the creation of the Patroclo lamp, created by Artemide in 1975. A decidedly unusual luminous object, Patroclo was created to interact directly with the space that contains it. The transparent blown glass body is partially covered by a metal mesh with a rhomboidal design. This armor is obtained by welding steel wires, resistant to the heat of the glass that is blown directly into the cage. The glass is therefore faceted and illuminates the room, projecting a particular texture onto the walls and ceilings. Unusual both in the form and in the luminous effect it obtains, Patroclo is able to create a special atmosphere in every environment, which is ideally linked to the sensorial experiments of the "Seventy". The bulbs that can be used can be LED DIM 1x15W, with E27 socket, not included.
