Artemide O outdoor suspension lamp

Artemide "O" Suspension is the outdoor suspension lamp by Artemide Architectural, designed by Alejandro Aravena of the Elemental studio. With its essential circular shape, this outdoor pendant light is defined by a slender aluminium frame and a silicone diffuser, giving the fixture an exceptional lightness — both structural and visual. Switched off, it frames the surrounding landscape with quiet discretion; illuminated, it casts a warm, enveloping diffused light, soft and glare-free, thanks to an integrated LED source at 3000 K and a colour rendering index of CRI 90, which reproduces colours with accuracy and natural fidelity.

Designed for design-led outdoor spaces, the lamp is available in two diameter versions: the 900 mm model features a 43 W LED source delivering 1595 lumens, with a lamp body width of 40 mm; the 450 mm model is equipped with a 22 W LED source delivering 859 lumens, with a canopy diameter of 50 mm and height of 34 mm. Both versions operate across a universal voltage range of 100–240 V, insulation class I, and achieve an efficiency of 82%. The IP67 protection rating ensures complete resistance to dust and water immersion, making it ideally suited to permanent outdoor installations even in demanding climates. The emitted light can be managed through external sensors, respecting the circadian rhythms of animals and plant life while minimising light pollution. Available exclusively in black, it integrates with elegance into any architectural setting.
