Artemide Ixa led wall lamp

Artemide Ixa is the integrated LED wall lamp designed by Artemide and Foster+Partners, a collection that reinterprets formal balance through a sustainable design philosophy and refined aesthetic sensibility. The structure is crafted in metal and features a spherical head-diffuser with 360° freedom of movement: thanks to an innovative magnetic system, the head can be completely detached from the rod and repositioned as desired, making every lighting configuration unique and fully customisable. The rod, fixed to a circular wall base, can also be oriented horizontally, further expanding the possibilities for directing the light. The design draws inspiration from the kinetic sculptures of Alexander Calder, translating their dynamic equilibrium into precise, minimal lines.

The Ixa wall lamp integrates elegantly into both residential and contract settings, suited to environments where lighting quality and formal rigour are equally important. It is ideal for enhancing bedside areas and intimate spaces in the bedroom, and adapts just as naturally to the living room, work desks, shelves and entrance halls. The 9 W integrated LED source with a colour temperature of 3000 K warm white and a CRI 90 colour rendering index delivers accurate, enveloping light that enhances materials and surfaces. The dimmable system allows the light intensity to be modulated according to the needs of the space. With a universal input voltage of 100-240 V, the lamp is compatible with electrical systems in different countries. The IP20 rating confirms its suitability for dry indoor environments, while insulation class III ensures high electrical safety standards. The dimensions — height 285 mm, width 492 mm, wall base Ø 120 mm — provide a scenic presence that is proportionate and never intrusive.
