Artemide Cosmic Leaf floor Lamp

Conceived by Ross Lovegrove, a leading figure in organic and ecological design, the Cosmic Leaf collection embodies an organic sensibility. Cosmic Leaf's sensual vocabulary and aesthetic refinement tickle our emotions; "It looks like a digital leaf from another world, covered with scales, like a reptile or an insect that collects light and shadow on its body to seduce its partner". Located on he border between contemporary art and design, this naturalist-shaped floor lamp is manufactured with cutting-edge materials and uses the latest technologies. It has a round painted metal base on which the bulb rests and is supported by a chromed steel stem, while the diffuser body of the lamp, in transparent textured methacrylate, draws geometric patterns of extraordinary beauty. The light source located inside the base guarantees excellent light propagation over the entire surface of the diffuser. The Cosmic Leaf requires a 100 Watt Halo light source (G53) or an 8,5 Watt LED source (G53).
