Artemide Cosmic Angel Ceiling Lamp with Indirect Light

Artemide Cosmic Angel Ceiling is a ceiling lamp with indirect light, featuring a sculptural and futuristic design created by designer Ross Lovegrove for Artemide. Inspired by the shape of a leaf suspended in the wind, its organic and sinuous structure is built around a methacrylate diffuser finished with a special paint that replicates the effect of polished stainless steel. The aluminum lighting bodies, supported by two slender metal wires, house the light sources and complete an elegantly minimalist aesthetic in the distinctive chrome finish.

Thanks to its indirect light emission, the Cosmic Angel Ceiling projects light upwards, diffusing it softly and evenly throughout the space — an ideal solution for enhancing contemporary interiors such as a living room or modern representative spaces. The lamp is equipped with 2 fluorescent light sources of 55 W with a 2G11 lampholder, already included, delivering a color temperature of 3000 K (warm white) and a CRI 85 color rendering index for a natural and pleasant visual output. The average lifespan of the light sources reaches 15,000 hours. The system is fully dimmable, allowing precise adjustment of light intensity to suit the needs of any environment. The degree of protection is IP20 and the insulation class is Class I, with an input voltage range of 100–240 V.
