Artemide Athena Integralis Sanitizing led Dimmable Floor Lamp

Athena by Artemide is a floor lamp with a contemporary and very functional design, made to create a small footprint and to be moved without problems. Designed by Naoto Fukasawa, its harmonious and pure lines recall the traditional Japanese tranquility, which has fascinated every culture for centuries. Athena is made up of two thin and equal cylindrical discs, supported by a tubular stem, which illuminate the environment with diffused and pleasant light. The upper disc houses the 44W LED light source, while the lower one acts as a base. The simple shapes of Athena are ideal for any public and private environment to combine with any style, and also combines beauty with energy saving. In this White Integralis version, Athena is designed to offer a white emission that guarantees a perfect perception while respecting the human presence and that at the same time combines the control of microbial growth. It can vary intensity and is available with a color temperature of 5000K, with a high color rendering index. Available in white or black.

Integralis is an innovative light that sanitizes spaces, integrated into the products of the Artemide collections, managed by Artemide App, a digital interaction system accessible to all. The project associates and integrates the visible and invisible spectral range in an innovative formula capable of regenerating the environmental qualities of the space. It is a light capable of acting against pathogenic microorganisms by illuminating the environment. The selected frequencies of visible light inhibit the development and growth of bacteria, fungi and molds, while the UV frequencies deactivate pathogenic microorganisms, including viruses. The combination of the different technologies and the calibration of the light emission spectra enhance the effectiveness of the sanitizing action.
