Artemide Alphabet of Light Square 120 is a LED suspension lamp designed by BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, one of the most visionary architectural studios in the world. Its large square structure — 1321 x 1321 mm — is crafted in methacrylate with aluminium supports, combining geometric precision and technical sophistication in a single statement piece. The integrated 90 W LED source delivers a diffused, fully anti-glare emission at a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) and a luminous flux of 7736 lm, ensuring enveloping, uniform illumination.

Alphabet of Light Square 120 originates from the vision of a modular system capable of creating open or closed light paths — essential or complex, linear or curvilinear — elevating lighting to an architectural language. This suspension version adapts elegantly to both high and low ceilings, enhancing a living room, dining area or prestigious contract environment. The lamp is dimmable and available in two control variants: Push/Dali or Push and Artemide App (compatible with iOS and Android), offering full flexibility in managing light intensity. The suspension height is adjustable from a minimum of 50 mm to a maximum of 1500 mm, while the 306 x 140 mm canopy, complete with driver and installation kit, is included. The IP20 rating confirms its suitability for indoor use, with insulation class I and compatibility with the main international voltage standards (EU, USA, UK, AUS, JAP).
