Artemide Alphabet of Light LINEAR 120 Suspension LED Lamp for Indoor

Artemide Alphabet of Light Linear 120 is a LED suspension lamp designed by BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, born from the collaboration between the Danish studio's creative vision and Artemide's manufacturing excellence. The high-quality methacrylate linear diffuser, measuring 1200 mm in length and supported by aluminium arms, delivers diffused, glare-free light that illuminates any indoor space with precision and elegance.

Thanks to its clean, modular geometry, Alphabet of Light Linear 120 lends itself to striking compositional arrangements: it can be used as a standalone element or combined with other modules from the same family — available in different lengths — to create linear or articulated light paths that become true architectural installations. The lamp is height-adjustable from a minimum of 150 mm to a maximum of 1500 mm, making it equally suited to low and high ceilings. It is an ideal choice for the living room, where it enhances tables and lounge areas with warm, enveloping light, while its refined industrial design makes it equally at home in more formal residential settings.

The integrated 35 W LED source delivers a luminous flux of 3484 lm at a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) and a CRI 80 colour rendering index, ensuring natural and pleasing colour reproduction. The dimmable function is available in two variants: Push/DALI or Push & Artemide App, compatible with iOS and Android, for intuitive brightness control directly from a smartphone. The IP20 protection rating makes it suitable for indoor use only, with an input voltage of 220–240 V and compatibility with the main international electrical standards (EU, USA, UK, Australia, Japan). The diffuser measures 1200 × 50 mm and the canopy Ø 236 × 43 mm; the canopy complete with driver and the installation kit are included.
