Yucatan by Alessi is a condiment set in beech wood for grinding salt, pepper and spices directly at the table. The design employs a twist mechanism operated with both hands, following the classical geometry of this type of object.

The beech wood structure, finished in brown tone, is treated with natural oil, which gives each piece a unique appearance and pleasant tactile texture. The wood, crafted through artisanal techniques, reveals the designer's expressive choice to enhance the raw material through form sculpture.
