Savon du Chef by Alessi is a kitchen accessory crafted from brushed stainless steel 18/10, with compact dimensions of 3 × 7 × 6.5 cm. Its distinctive shape directly reflects its function, turning an everyday gesture into a design object.

Rub the steel soap under cold running water to eliminate persistent odours from hands after handling garlic, fish or onions. Thanks to a natural property of steel — oxidation-reduction — contact with water neutralizes unpleasant smells, leaving hands soft and odour-free.
