Alessi Pulcina cafetteria espresso

The Pulcina cafetteria espresso, stands out for its innovative ability to stop brewing coffee at the perfect moment, before a bitter aftertaste begins to develop, thus enhancing the coffee's aroma. The spout, which recalls the shape of a chick's beak, is designed at an angle designed to prevent drips, perfectly “cutting” the drop when you stop pouring.

Designed by Michele De Lucchi for Alessi, this coffee maker is made of cast aluminum, with handles and knob available in red or black, and offers three different sizes. There are also two versions with magnetic steel bottoms, suitable for use on induction hobs, available in the same colors, medium and large. It also comes in a total black version, also in three sizes, for the traditional gas cooktop.
