Alejandro Ruiz's design combines two distinct domestic functions: a cheese grater and a cheese dish, creating a versatile object that grates and stores at the same time. The thermoplastic resin structure ensures ease of use, while the steel guarantees efficiency in grating. Available in Ghiaccio, Nero and Rosso finishes, Parmenide adapts to different table styles. The compact dimensions, 15.3 × 7.5 × 6.7 cm, make it practical to handle and store.
