Alessi Convivio frying pan

Convivio padella is the high-sided frying pan with long handle by Alessi, designed by Chipperfield and Leemann. It combines functionality and aesthetic linearity through pure materials: trilaminate body with 18/10 stainless steel, luminous ceramic interior coating, and satin-finished handle.

The trilaminate structure combines 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium, and magnetic AISI 430 steel, ensuring uniform heat distribution and compatibility with induction cooking. The 18/10 stainless steel handle is finished with a PVD coating, while the ceramic interior provides reliable performance and visually dialogues with the metallic tones of the structure. Designed for the kitchen, this pan merges practical construction and formal simplicity, where every element responds to precise functional logic.
