The collection comprises six dinner spoons, six dinner forks, six dinner knives and six coffee spoons, the result of meticulous research conducted through hand-sculpted prototypes. Each piece reflects careful attention to detail, with the name itself—from the Latin clivus, meaning slope—referring to the modelling process that characterises the design. The set combines the functionality of contemporary flatware with proportions and volumes that dialogue with the essential geometry of traditional Oriental utensils.
