Alessi Clivo pastry fork

Clivo is the dessert fork by Alessi, crafted in 18/10 stainless steel. It stems from a study of traditional utensils, reinterpreting the carving gesture through which material is progressively removed to define the shape.

The collection draws inspiration from traditional Japanese vegetable fibre tools, particularly bamboo, transposing that constructive approach into metal. The design emerges from hand-carved prototypes, the result of meticulous detail research conducted by the modellist alongside the designer. At 1.7 × 16.4 × 2.1 cm, the fork presents itself as elegant and well-proportioned, suited for dessert service, available in silver finish.
