Karman Maoo wall lamp

Karman Maoo is a wall lamp designed by Matteo Ugolini for Karman, introduced in 2023 as part of the iconic Zoo collection. The subject is a cat — crafted in matte ceramic — seemingly leaping out of the wall with its paw reaching toward a blown glass sphere containing a glowing mouse sticker. A luminous decorative object with an unmistakable personality, blending irony, craftsmanship and contemporary design into a single sculptural composition. The structure measures 15×30×20 cm, with a sphere of Ø 12 cm, and features a G9 LED light source of max 5 W at 220-240 V, delivering diffused light emission. The lamp is not dimmable and the bulb is not included. The IP20 protection rating makes it suitable exclusively for indoor use.

Maoo is available in white or black ceramic cat versions, complemented by new velvet finishes in Fuchsia, Turquoise and Orange — five colour variants in total. Thanks to its playful character and soft, diffused light, it fits naturally into both residential and contract settings: it is ideal for adding personality to a living room or a bedroom wall, and equally at home in restaurants, cafés and commercial spaces where lighting becomes a narrative element.
