Flos Gustave Hospitality LED Lamp with Rechargeable Batteries

Flos Gustave Hospitality is the rechargeable battery-powered portable lamp designed by Vincent Van Duysen for Flos, conceived for professional settings such as restaurants, bars and hotels. Its aluminum body, clean and minimal in profile, draws inspiration from Adolf Loos's iconic table lamps and takes its name from Monsieur Gustave H., the legendary concierge in Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel. Standing 230 mm tall with an upper diameter of 155 mm, Gustave unites refined elegance and genuine practicality in a single design object.

Designed as the ideal companion for tables of up to four diners, Gustave Hospitality brings sophisticated ambiance to any living room or hospitality space where light quality truly matters. Flos's patented exclusive optical system uses asymmetrical emission lenses to distribute light obliquely at 360° around the lamp, delivering uniform, high-quality illumination with a CRI greater than 90. The 2.5 W LED source is dimmable across 3 levels (25%, 50%, 100%) via a capacitive haptic button, with a color temperature of 2700K or 3000K and a luminous flux of up to 169 lm. The lamp is powered by 3 rechargeable Li-Ion 18650 batteries (not included) via an external charger (not included), with a 5V DC output and an IP54 protection rating. Its future-proof design allows every component to be replaced individually without screws or glues, ensuring responsible end-of-life disposal.
