3. Shipping

• Shipments are handled via national and international express couriers.
• Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination. Estimates provided at checkout are not binding.
• Goods travel at the recipient’s risk and peril.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

• The Customer has the right to withdraw within 30 days from receipt of the goods.
• Products must be returned intact, complete with original packaging and accessories, and free of signs of use.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Diffusione Luce S.R.L.
• Any damage to goods during transport must be reported within 3 days of delivery, attaching photographic or video documentation. Without such documentation, refunds or replacements cannot proceed.
• Goods must be returned to our address in Italy: Diffusione Luce, Via Raibano 39/D, 47853 Coriano (RN). We recommend including the order reference in the parcel to facilitate identification.
• Returned goods travel at the Customer’s risk.
• Once received, the goods will be inspected for integrity. If compliant, a full refund will be issued net of initial shipping costs. Even where shipping was free, the cost actually incurred by Diffusione Luce S.R.L. will be deducted.
• Customized items or limited editions cannot be returned.
• Products that do not meet resalability conditions (e.g., signs, defects, tampering) will be partially refunded at the company’s discretion.
• Orders not yet shipped can be canceled directly from the customer account.
• For made-to-measure orders and late cancellations after order confirmation, a 30% retention may be applied to cover logistics costs, product manufacturing and any agreed customizations. 5. Liability

Diffusione Luce S.R.L is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from malfunctions, delays or service interruptions.
• Improper use of products by the Customer.
• Damages resulting from installations not carried out according to best practices.

Where liability is ascertained, it will in any case be limited to the value of the disputed order.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), valid for 24 months from delivery, with the possibility of extension subject to written agreement with Diffusione Luce S.R.L.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Diffusione Luce S.R.L processes customers’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For non-EU customers, data are processed in compliance with international standards and are not disclosed to third parties except by law or for logistics needs.
