Processing of Personal Data on the Website

This privacy policy describes the management of the website www.diffusioneshop.com with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196 (Italian Privacy Code) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Types of Data Processed and Purpose of Processing

1) Browsing Data

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages and data via forms on the site involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact details, necessary to respond to requests.

Data are processed using automated and/or manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with applicable laws.

Optional Nature of Data Provision

Except for browsing data, users are free to provide personal data requested in the forms. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain the requested services.

  • deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully;
  • objection to the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
  • objection to processing for commercial, advertising, or market research purposes.

Compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)

Diffusione Luce S.R.L. complies with the GDPR, which ensures uniform protection of personal data across the European Union. The regulation has been directly applicable in all member states since May 25, 2018, without the need for national transposition.

U.S. Users – California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

For residents of the State of California (USA), the CCPA grants specific rights including:

  • The right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used
  • The right to request deletion of their data
