Alessi Clivo table fork

Clivo is the table fork by Alessi, crafted in stainless steel 18/10. The collection stems from research into traditional Japanese bamboo utensils, reinterpreted through the carving gesture, where material is progressively removed to achieve the final form.

The project was developed through hand-sculpted prototypes, with meticulous attention to detail characterizing every element of the cutlery. The name Clivo, from the Latin clivus (slope, descending line), evokes this process of formal subtraction. The fork stands out for its studied proportions and refined surface, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip during use. Available in silver, it integrates effortlessly into any table setting, from everyday use to formal occasions.
