Tizio version 35 of the table lamp. Adjustable arms and head in painted aluminum, balanced by black counterweights. A transformer placed in the base of the lamp brings the voltage from 100-230V to 12V and powers a halogen bulb through rods and buttons which, in addition to having a structural function, act as current conductors without the aid of electric cables. Two-intensity adjustable direct light emission. Halogen bulb max 1x35W 12V (GY 6,35) QT 12 not included. Tizio is perfect as a reading light or as a table lamp as the direction of the light can be adjusted. The Tizio model lamp received the prestigious Compasso d'Oro in 1979. A modern design classic that is also part of the New York MoMA collection. Designed by Richard Sapper for Artemide in 1972.
