Riluminator is the re-edition (year 2014) of the historic Luminator floor lamp designed by Pietro Chiesa in 1932. It is a luminaire that has in common with the classic and iconic lamp not only the geometric shape, reminiscent of a torch, but also the indirect light source orientation. The body of the re-edition is produced in polypropylene with a "rotational" technology, cylindrical at the base that rises and then opens up to create a truncated cone which, in addition to characterizing the design of the object, houses and hides the LED light source.
Riluminator is a lamp of an almost abstract rigor and purity. By far one of the most extraordinary pieces designed by Pietro Chiesa, with a personality so current that his original date of birth seems incredible.
