Goods are shipped regularly on 5 continents, with our couriers we can ship to any country and province . Packages are sent within our express courier in 24/48 hours after receipt payment, when the quantities are available on the products. If the products are not immediately available are ordered from the supplier, and forwarded to the customer between 5 -15 days . The courier type depends on the destination, we have contracts with the best express couriers around the world and for each destination we use the best service. For any kind of shipment we send you a link  for tracking the parcel. If you have urgency and the products are not ready for fast delivery you can contact us directly for more information about detailed delivery time. If you choice ups international courier your products will arrive in 2/3 days , if you choice dpd europe your products will arrive in 5/7 days .

Shipping costs depending on the total shipment weight and destination, the program will calculate the cost automatically. We advise to group all items in singular order to save more money on the shipping cost. The goods are carefully packed with special care for fragile items. Please check the goods on receipt, the requests for damaged order must be made no later than 3 days after receipt of goods.

PRODUCTS RETURNS

For products purchased
on www.diffusioneshop.com returns can be requested no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. The return can be forwarded on Diffusioneshop by accessing your customer control panel -> history and order details -> and select the order you want to make the return request. After requesting the return you will receive the return authorization. The goods sent back travels at the risk of the customer and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Once the goods are returned back, they will be checked (original packaging, and in the original state) and if everything is good we will issue a full refund to the customer.
