Goods are shipped regularly on 5 continents, with our couriers we can ship to any country and province . Packages are sent within our express courier in 24/48 hours after receipt payment, when the quantities are available on the products. If the products are not immediately available are ordered from the supplier, and forwarded to the customer between 5 -15 days . The courier type depends on the destination, we have contracts with the best express couriers around the world and for each destination we use the best service. For any kind of shipment we send you a link for tracking the parcel. If you have urgency and the products are not ready for fast delivery you can contact us directly for more information about detailed delivery time. If you choice UPS international courier your products will arrive in 2/3 days , if you choice Fedex your products will arrive in 3/7 days . Shipping costs depending on the total shipment weight and destination, the program will calculate the cost automatically. We advise to group all items in singular order to save more money on the shipping cost. The goods are carefully packed with special care for fragile items. Please check the goods on receipt, the requests for damaged order must be made no later than 3 days after receipt of goods
In addition to receiving email on the order status, you can follow the order progress through your personal control panel.
For products purchased on www.diffusioneshop.com, returns can be requested no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. The return can be forwarded on Diffusioneshop by accessing your customer control panel -> history and order details -> and select the order for which you want to request the return of the product. After requesting the return you will receive the return authorization. The goods sent back to Diffusioneshop travel at the risk of the customer and shipping costs are borne by the buyer . When the goods is arrived , the same will be checked (packaging check and original product without defects) and if compliant we will issue the full refund of the goods including shipping costs.
n spite of the rising diesel and gasoline prices, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Orders with a purchase value of € 180 taxes included and higher are shipped free to Austria, the Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Monaco. For shipments to the UK delivery is free from a purchase value of € 250 taxes included that must be considered in Pound (£) according to the change of day. For all other countries and amounts shipping costs will be calculated based on the order's volume afterwards. More details about your shipping costs can be found in the table below. How long does it normally take for my order to be delivered?

If product is in stock:

Products that are in stock and ordered before 2.50 PM (CET), will normally be shipped no later than the next working day. Check the average lead time lower on this page for your estimated delivery time.

If product is NOT in stock:

If you order products that are not in stock, we will order them from our supplier. Hence the delivery time will be a bit longer. The delivery time depends on the brand. In the table below you can find an overview of the average delivery times of our suppliers and manufacturers. If some articles of your order are out of stock while others are in stock, the order will only be shipped once all items are present in our warehouse. All items are shipped together. If you intend to receive the items separately request it during check-out.
