Model 1063 is one of the symbolic floor lamps of the designer and artist Gino Sarfatti created in 1954 and re-edited in 2013. The design has a minimal silhouette: slim, intriguing and innovative Model 1063 is a balance between proportions. The thin black aluminum tube houses the integrated LED light source. The stem is balanced by two steel rods arranged in an unusual off-centre position which connect to a rectangular-rounded box containing the power supply. This balance turns out to be magical. The color temperature can vary starting from 2700K in warm light up to 5000K in cold light. Furthermore, even the intensity of a temperature itself can be changed as much as desired. Model 1063 emits reflected but also direct light: the lamp finds its place in environments with a contemporary design and in indoor areas such as living rooms, bedrooms, artistic areas and showrooms. Model 1063 is the symbol of an Italian designer who believed in the idea and created a project where the visible light source takes on great aesthetic value, still showing all its elegance and beauty today.
